I am an old school man.  Raised in the Catholic church by strong hands.  I turned out just fine, so I have no problem using what I learned in school everyday in my own life.  If you work for me and make a mistake or break a rule, well lets just say the punishment is not going to be a documented write up or review.  No you are going to feel the sting of my disappointment right were you need it.
